Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Medicademy (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for registered medical professionals seeking CPD-accredited education. You must provide accurate and truthful registration details, including your MMC registration number where required.

3. Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account use.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Purchases and Payments

Course and webinar fees are processed securely through Billplz. All fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise noted. Purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the selected content.

5. Content and CPD Accreditation

Educational content is provided for professional development purposes only and is not a substitute for clinical judgement. Medicademy does not guarantee CPD points; accreditation is subject to the policies of the relevant medical bodies and institutions.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not reproduce, redistribute, or record course content.
• Do not share your account access with others.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading content to the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, branding, and Platform content are owned by Medicademy or its content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use them without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medicademy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for violation of these Terms or for conduct that harms other users or the integrity of the Platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
